Ally is a bilingual occupational therapist offering services in both English and French. She has experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, fine motor challenges, and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. Ally takes a client-centered approach, emphasizing collaborative goal-setting and promoting balance and participation in everyday life. Outside of her work, Ally enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and staying active through running and going to the gym.
